Culture Forum to discuss profiling
The Nordic Council of Ministers' "Nordic Cultural Forum" dialogue tool will be put to good use again in November, when the focus will be on the profiling and presentation of Nordic art and culture. The Forum will be held outside the Region in this time, in Berlin, the city that really sparked off the whole process of European integration and broke down all sorts of barriers - both geographical and psychological, two decades ago.

Funding for 136 projects
Autumn's big application round is now finalised and the experts have decided which projects will get funding. Both Mobility programme and Art and Culture Programme had application rounds open at the same time. Altoghether 136 projects received funding from the programmes.

A long journey behind the Nordic Music Prize
The Finnish clarinettist Kari Kriiku is this year's winner of the Nordic Council Music Prize. The prize was presented during the Nordic Council's Session in Stockholm at the end of October. The ceremony was the final step in a long process for finding the winner, a process coordinated by the Nordic House in the Faroe Islands.
